Q:  Is the hair virgin and unprocessed?
A:   Yes (excluding blonde hair it's unprocessed not no longer virgin due to coloring)

Q: Could the hair be dyed?

A: It is virgin hair so it can be dyed.

Q:  How many bundles hair do I need?
A:   2 bundles depending on the inches you get could make a full head, if you would like it to be thick, my suggestion is 3 or more  bundles.

Q:  If I order today, how long it takes for the shipment?
A: once payment made/cleared please allow 5-10 days to receive through U.S postal service and will require a signature to receive hair. (Houston residence hair may be available for pick up)

Q: What kinds of hair care products should I use?
A:Use good quality shampoo and conditioner regularly. Let  the hair Air naturally, do not use hair dryer too much. To define curls you  could use curling shampoo and hair spray to keep its wavy.

Q: Why my hair get tangle?
A: due to hair being human and unprocessed it's important to keep hair moisturize.Hair get tangle because it’s too dry, keep conditioned and hair will be flawless 

Q: How long will hair last?
A: Unprocessed hair can last for 12 months or longer with proper care. (For blonde hair 8 months or longer depending on care due to be colored extra love and care is needed.
